A glass of cold water can be thirst quenching and deeply satisfying, drinking cold water is harmful and warm water is more beneficial. When you take in cold water the body has to work incredibly hard to warm it for use.

Scientific studies have proven over time that cold water is harmful and it does interfere with normal body functions. Cold water is detrimental to your body in the following ways;
