Maximum preparation time: 5-7 Mins

Shelf life: 2-3 months

Materials: 3 apples (yes apples, your tasty nice looking apple), 3 teaspoonfuls of raw sugar, water to cover.

Method
1 Wash and cut apples into small sized pieces
2 Place cut apples in an already cleaned, (sterile to prevent intervention with your brew) jar
3 Make a solution by adding the sugar into a cup of water, then pour into the jar
4 Pour more water to cover the apples.
5 Cover the jar with a light cloth with (paper towel or cheese cloth) and secure with a rubber band. The idea here is to prevent flies, dirt getting into the brew at the same time allowing it to breathe during fermentation.
6 Place your jar in a dark, warm place for 2-3 weeks
7 Remove the apples and return the liquid to the jar, cover and return to where it was kept in number 6 above. You can leave it to ferment for 4 to 6 weeks, and stir occasionally.
8 After brewing for 4 weeks, you can taste it and if it reaches the acidity level you prefer you can transfer to a bottle and start using it.

Drink a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in water
Add a teaspoonful in a glass cup of water and drink before lunch, dinner or in the morning when you are up from the bed. This kick starts your digestion process and regulates your blood sugar.

Make an immune-boosting concoction
